We hope you will volunteer your time – the fair is a lot of fun and a great way to meet some good folks!
We also need your donations of goods – and sometimes cash to fill in the holes!
What do we need?
Check the drop-downs below to see the type of things needed in each area, when they are needed, and when you can drop them off. If you have questions about any area, stop by and talk to us during coffee hour following Sunday services, email the Team Leader (their names are in the drop-downs below), or email our Red Bow Fair Chairs. They will provide an answer or redirect you to someone who can!
How and what can you donate?
Click the drop-downs below to see the types of goods that the different areas are seeking. Most have drop off times on Sunday or during the week.
Food related donations (Culinary Corner, Breakfast, Lunch, Wine) are more time specific – for example, if items for Breakfast and Lunch items are not donated, the team leader will need to purchase them. If you are able to donate something on their list click the button below to indicate what you can provide – and let them know what they can check it off their “buy” list.
