Nursery

The North Parish Nursery

What do we provide?

We provide a safe, peaceful and nurturing space for our youngest friends through age four, including lots of open play, stories, and guided activities. Our Nursery is staffed by a Nursery Coordinator and two Assistants, all CPR certified, and you are welcome and encouraged to stay with your child in our room for as long as you would like. We have audio devices on-hand that enable you to listen in on the worship service while you are in the room.

When is the nursery open?

Our Nursery is available in the Purple Room (near the Chapel) every Sunday morning (9:30am to 11:15am), and during major church events as scheduled throughout the year. Feel free to drop your child off prior to the start of service. When services are in the sanctuary (Sept-June), you can also drop off your child after the Time for Wonder section as the older children leave to go to their Faith Formation classes.

Do I have to register?

When you visit for the first time, you will be asked to complete a brief Intake Form so that our staff can be made aware of any known food allergies or social/emotional considerations. If for any reason you do need to be reached during service, such as for a diaper change or other need, one of our Nursery Assistants will quietly come find you in the sanctuary.
