The 2nd Wednesday of the month at noon (except Sept when we’ll meet on the 23rd). This fall Rev. Lee will facilitate conversations about our lives and the practices of those living in so-called “Blue Zones”– regions with many centenarians, where people live healthier and longer lives. Might North Parish encourage “Blue Zone” living- or are we already doing so? We’ll share our habits, discoveries and challenges around natural movement (Sept.), personal purpose (Oct.), social connection (Nov.) and plant-based diets (Dec.) BYO lunch! You’re welcome to read up on or watch a documentary about Blue Zones beforehand or not.
SEPT: In Blue Zones natural movement such as walking and gardening keeps elders agile. What do you do to keep moving?
