We invite you to join a supportive listening circle conversation about what is happening in our nation. We are witnessing changes that are difficult to comprehend and it is challenging to predict their outcomes; how we will be affected is still unknown. Yet as difficult as it feels some days, many of us want to stay engaged.
We will begin our time together by sharing basic elements of listening and empathy and then make sacred space to share our feelings and concerns. Please note that this is not intended to be a current events discussion group but a safe space to listen and accompany each other through uncertainty and other feelings. Listening is a powerful gift.
This group may continue to meet monthly. Part of this first meeting will be used to discuss people’s interest and needs as well as a format and schedule going forward. Please feel free to bring a snack!
