You may have noticed the new flag that now hangs alongside the Black Lives Matter and Earth flags at the entrance to Freeman Hall. The new addition is the Intersex-Inclusive Progress Pride Flag, the most up-to-date LGBTQ+ Pride flag. The Philadelphia Pride flag added black and brown stripes to the original rainbow pride flag to symbolize communities of color and their contribution to the movement. The Progress Pride Flag added the chevron of light blue, pink, and white stripes to represent transgender and nonbinary individuals.
