Newburyport Choral Society Spring Concert

Music Director Ryan Turner, has put together an amazing concert program entitled “Songs for the Journey: From Remembrance to Renewal.” Through the power of music, the concert acknowledges the difficult depths of the pandemic period, and joyfully celebrates our reemergence into a season of recovery and hope. This concert features a unique collection of emotionally evocative choral music, including:

• Stephen Paulus’ The Road Home
• J. Rosamond Johnson’s Lift Ev’ry Voice and Sing (arr. Robles)
