Please join the Climate Justice Group to discuss Heat Wave: A Social Autopsy of Disaster in Chicago by Eric Klinenberg, the story of the 1995 heat wave in Chicago that killed 700 people. “Heat waves in the United States kill more people during a typical year than all other natural disasters combined.” The discussion will take place on November 15 at 7 pm on zoom.
