Over the last month, the Personnel Committee has recommended three new people for open staff positions, and the Board has voted to hire:
Natalie Cordio is our Youth Nursery Assistant. She has grown up at North Parish and is a member of the Senior Youth Group. She is excited about the job and is really good with small children. She’ll be working with two adults to take care of our littlest ones.Donna Cloney is our Interim Nursery Coordinator, filling in until we can find a permanent person. She is a member of North Parish, is part of the Community Action team, and has been a Worship Assistant. Professionally, she has extensive experience as a Reading and Special Education teacher and currently works at the Marsh Grammar School in Methuen.Jessica Carter will begin this week as Child/Youth Coordinator, working 12-14 hours per week during the week to assist Director of Faith Formation Kerry Anne Kilkelly with administration, class preparation, and other program support work. She is eager to work for an organization that benefits the community. Jessica has been active on the Sargent School PTO for the past 5 years, and is currently in her second year as president. She is skilled in tasks essential to the job: managing details, planning events, working with volunteers, and communicating with families.A warm welcome to all three new staff members!There are still openings – do you know anyone interested?
