UU Action Hour
UU Action Hour Thursday, September 28, 2023, 12-1 pm. Please RSVP here for Zoom link. This gathering is an opportunity to hear updates about our campaigns and take action together, such as calling your legislators, signing petitions, and more to support our frontline and coalition partners. We will focus on our key issues areas: climate justice, immigrant justice, criminal law reform, Indigenous Legislative Agenda, and economic justice. We know that we send out a lot of opportunities to take action each week, and hope this can be one structure to support each other in staying accountable to showing up to these campaigns. We will walk you through each action, and be available to support any questions you have.
UU Mass Action Justice Church
UU Mass Action Justice Church, Tuesday September 19th 6:30-8pm. RSVP to get Zoom Link.Welcome (back!) to UU Mass Action Join us for our *first* UU Mass Action Justice Church of this church year! The theme of our September Justice Church is Welcome, where we will reground in the mission of UU Mass Action to build power for justice. We will explore our relationship to how we welcome, how we are welcomed, and related rituals. Justice Church is a monthly virtual service for UUs who care about justice from across our network, to come together in community to reground spiritually, connect, and build power together. We will include a sermon, break-outs groups (coffee hour), announcements, centering activities, and more. This is one of the best ways to connect to our campaigns, meet other leaders in your area, and find spiritual nourishment together as we live out our values and work towards liberation. Justice Church happens monthly on the third Tuesday from 6:30-8pm. Welcome in!
