For internal use of committees and teams - Submit this form online to request the use of space in the building or on the grounds of North Parish or to add outside events organized or sponsored by North Parish. This form ensures that all of your information is submitted. PLEASE CHECK THE CALENDAR BEFORE YOU SUBMIT THIS REQUEST (see the News & Calendar menu). Other requests may be in process and all requests are on a first come - first serve basis. Once you submit all of the event information you will receive a notification from our office. You can also use this form to indicate that you wish to publicize your event in our internal eNews, on our public website, in the Sunday Order of Service, or on social media.
