Application for Community Service Award due May 1
North Parish will be awarding the Annual Community Service Award named in honor of Amelia Reeve. Eligibility and evaluation criteria are listed below:
- One $1,000 award to a student who is currently a senior in high school and will be attending an accredited institution of advanced learning or training or enlisting in the military in the fall of 2022; or, a student who graduated from high school within the past four years and currently is pursuing advanced learning, training, or military service.
- Student must be or have been a member of North Parish or a dependent of a North Parish member.
- Student’s volunteer efforts should have a focus on community service.
- Applicants will be evaluated on community service and references.
