A New Personnel Manual

The Board has approved a brand new personnel manual for North Parish, the product of work spanning more than two years. All personnel policies are updated and contained in one place. This is a large move forward in terms of personnel management and communication. Many thanks to project coordinator Deb Hall, Personnel Committee Chair Gary Muldoon, and others who contributed to this important project. Deb and Gary expect to meet with staff soon, introduce the manual, and provide each staff member with a copy.
