SUMMARY:Cardio Dance Zoom class
DESCRIPTION:In addition to Yoga on Wednesdays\, Stephen is now offering a cardio dance class on zoom.  The cardio dance class will include; contemporary\, hip hop\, salsa\, swing and anything else that is cool!. It’s an all levels class with moves that are simple and you control how challenging.
